A History of Growth
Founded in 1965, by a German-trained tool-and-die businessman, Thunder Tool has steadily expanded in size and capability. Since 2010, the company has been owned and managed by long-standing employees who continue to grow the business.
We are a significant manufacturer of stamped and welded automotive components and assemblies, as well as components for consumer appliances, and other specialty parts and assemblies.
From two advanced, automated, state-of the-art non-unionized facilities – a 65,000 square-foot facility in Toronto Canada and a 60,000 square-foot plant in Richmond, Kentucky, for a total of 125,000 square feet of manufacturing space – we serve clients across the world.
